My name is Aliz and I was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease in 2012 in Hungary after I couldn’t take the pain anymore after my daughter was born in 2009. After I spent years to still suffer from pain, diarrhoea and fatigue my boyfriend at the time showed me what’s is a healthy lifestyle and then I noticed instant improvements and I started to looking into healthy lifestyle more and more. I qualified as a personal trainer first and also completed many nutritional qualifications. After my surgery I’ve started focusing on helping people with chronic illnesses because that are the ones that need the most help. I decided to invest in my own education and studying exercise referral, nutrition for gut health and many other courses that could help my clients to improve their quality of life.
I’m a huge believer of we should control the things that we can control and that we all need to be proactively improve our lifestyle and health because life is short and it’s important how you spend your life.
