I receive a lot of requests asking for Indian recipes that I cook which don’t trigger me, aren’t spicy but are healthy and still have that punchy intense flavour that everyone loves in a curry.
So… here we go!
I wanted to include the variety on the Katie’s Life Kitchen menu that you all deserve, and cater for everyone. Offering a creamy coconut beef curry (low FODMAP option available too) with fresh herbs, a vegan lentil dal Tadka and a light chicken green curry (low FODMAP) (through high demand).
