I was recently listening to a podcast that discussed a nutrition plan someone had been following, and it got me thinking about the challenges many of us face on our health journeys.

Here’s a quick breakdown of a typical nutrition plan that’s designed to help you achieve your goals:


Breakfast: Overnight oats topped with berries and a scoop of protein powder.
